Kamakura Travel Guide – See enough of Kamakura with Less walk.
Only 1 hour from Tokyo, Kamakura is a must see day trip destination near Tokyo. But there are two many places to see in one day! So I made an easy guide of Kamakura trip, that you can even leave in the afternoon. Let’s see how did it go.
What I saw/enjoyed in this video.
Temple : Meigetsuin
Shrine: Tsurugaoka Hachimangu
Town Street: Komachi Dori
Fish Cake: Maruten
Train: Enoden
Beach: Shichiriga Hama
My Kamakura Route
Left Shinjuku (13:30)- Kitakamakura Station (14:30) – Meigetsuin Temple – Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine (16:00) – Komachi Dori – Kamakura Station – (Enoden) – Kamakura Kokomae Station (17:30) – Shichiriga Hama Beach and see the sunset
To add 2 temples in Hase and eat lunch, you can leave 2-3 hours earlier.
