International Master Chef Jolly Takes Over the Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa Purple Thistle Dining Room to present the following menu:
Course 1: Baked snow crab
Accented with Sunkist valencia orange zest, ginger, with cucumber-mint yogurt
Course 2: Poached line-caught halibut
mustard-coconut soup with garlic-wilted baby spinach
Course 3: Oven roasted free-range chicken
Accompanied by caraway-coriander crushed potatoes, saffron-tomato sauce, cashew nut pilaf
Course 4: Semolina-fennel pancakes
Prepared with honey-cardamon caramelized peach and almond reduced milk
