Japanese oysters are very delicious.It tastes different depending on the region in Japan.
The oysters I ate are from “Hiroshima,” “Iwate,” and “Hyogo.”
Besides, I ate oysters arranged in various dishes like street food.
A very large pot is a masterpiece as it can cook oyster soup for 5,000 people.
In Japan, oysters and miso are often cooked together.This soup is also very delicious.
It was a lot of fun to be able to participate in this festival.
