I tried Okinawa food in Singapore for the 1st time. Who knew Okinawa food is so accessible in Singapore? I tried classic Okinawan dishes such as Goya Champuru, Umi Budo (seagrapes) and Rafute (Okinawan braised pork belly) as well as other popular items such as Miyazaki Wagyu.
