I took a walk in Utashinai City, Hokkaido.

Utashinai City is the least populated city in Japan, with a population of about 3,000.

The city used to prosper from the coal industry and had a population of about 46,000 at its peak.

However, with the decline of the coal industry and the closing of the coal mines, the population declined.

Today, the city is focusing on the tourism industry, inspired by the Tyrol region of Switzerland.
