The idea of visiting a green tea plantation in South Korea peaked my interest while planning my trip there. Boseong was the place to visit for that! I took a day trip from Suncheon to see Daehan Dawon Tea Plantation.
The hills covered with rows of green tea was beautiful. I also just enjoyed the view, the forest, little waterfall, and bamboo forest they had around the tea field. The restaurant at the plantation served lots of green tea flavoured dishes. I got the Green Tea Bibimbap and, of course, Green Tea Ice Cream.
Overall, an excellent day out in the Korea countryside.
Much love and happy travels
