Our second visit to Hokkaido Island back in late 2015. We drove from Sapporo to Furano Bei and cross back to Western side of the island to Otaru. We went up to Kiroro Ski Resort but midway the road was closed due to snow storm the day before. However, we manage to reach a really interesting stops at the midway and enjoyed the snow scenery around us. We celebrated X’mas in Sapporo and then New Year in Tokyo. It was an amazing trip with Patrick Ling our travel buddy. Patrick is also a foody guy, that makes three of us an ultimate food trip for this one. We had so much Hokkaido King Crab that I don’t think we would want to eat them for the next few years!
