I visited the Kyoto Aquarium, one of the largest inland aquariums in Japan.
I was healed by giant salamanders, dolphins, and jellyfish.
I went on a weekday, so it was empty, but it seemed to be very crowded on weekends.

▼ Points of interest
One of the world’s largest amphibians, the giant salamander. The stuffed animals are cute…
A huge aquarium that recreates the sea of Kyoto.
Fantastic jellyfish illuminated by lights
Annual passport is very inexpensive at 4,400 yen.
I highly recommend the neighborhood Ramen Yuu for its simple flavors!
