Todoroki falls or Ice house falls as they are sometimes known are located just south of Nago city on Okinawa Japan.
The falls are the most accessible of all the major waterfalls on Okinawa. Check this video for the others:
A fee of 200yen will get you in and the grounds are a great place to spend a few hours, enjoying the waterfall and the well kept gardens and walking paths. There are plenty of shaded seating areas and much of the park is wheelchair and stroller friendly.
