Tochigi prefecture is famous for its strawberriesβtheyβre extremely sweet and delicious! Apparently, strawberries are really sweet when you eat it directly after picking it and gradually become sour and sour as the time passes (thatβs why the strawberries they sell on grocery stores tastes whole different).
This time, I went to one of the strawberry-picking spot located in Nikko, Tochigi prefecture which called Nikko Strawberry Park. The location is rather far from either stations or bus stops, but if you donβt mind walking around 40 mins while enjoying the view, itβs a worth place to go!
