Sinan Mansion Historic District
Sinan Mansion is the only project in the center of Shanghai, China with the purpose of protecting garden houses. There are 51 garden houses with a long history. There are various architectural styles such as garden-style houses, townhouses, veranda-style buildings, new-style lanes, garden lanes, and modern apartments. It is the concentration of modern residential buildings in Shanghai.
Fuxing Park（French Style Classic Park）
Fuxing Park is located on the north side of Sinan Mansion. It was built in 1909. It was originally called Gujiazhai Park, commonly known as French Park. It is the only garden in Shanghai that retains the French classical style, and it is also a masterpiece of the fusion of Chinese and Western garden culture in modern Shanghai. The park was mainly designed and constructed by the French in the early days, so the overall style and many layouts of the park have a European flavor. The most notable feature is the axisymmetric layout of the park, featuring flowers, trees, pavilions, rockeries and pools.

复兴公园位于思南公馆北侧，始建于1909年，最早称为顾家宅公园，俗称法国公园，是上海唯一一座保留法国古典式风格的园林，也是近代上海中西园林文化交融的杰作。公园早期主要由法国人设计施工，所以公园的整体风格和许多布局，都带有欧洲风味。最显著的特点是公园布局中轴对称，以花卉、树木、亭榭、假山水池为特色。
