The Abeno Harukas Art Museum is located on the 16th floor of Abeno Harukas next to the elevators leading to the observatory on 58th to 60th floors. The museum doesn’t showcase a permanent collection and hold temporary exhibitions of mainly Western and Buddhist art that changes every few months. A rooftop garden on the same floor allows visitors to sit down and relax at some green space. Freely accessibly to everyone, the garden also affords views down one side of the building (onto central Osaka), but the views are obviously not quite as commanding as the ones seen from the 60th floor.
