I took the Sanyo Shinkansen bullet train “Kodama” from Hiroshima to Hakata in reserved seat.
Shinkansen “Kodama” operates between Shin-Osaka Station and Hakata Station with the 700 series.
“Kodama” with the 700 series has 8 cars and reserved seat maintains 2+2 seat configuration. The seat configuration of the non-reserved seat is 2+3.
Shinkansen “Kodama” stops all stations and it is actually slowest Shinkansen.
If you want to experience and enjoy the Shinkansen, “Kodama” would be the wonderful choice to travel in Japan.
