Hakodate is our first stop in Hokkaido. It’s wintertime so this northern city in Japan is all covered in snow and it’s beautiful! On this video, we’ll take a walk through the streets of Hakodate and discover some amazing architecture from the past. We also enjoy a couple of sweet snacks including Hokkaido’s famous milk soft serve. The historical area of Hakodate is called Motomachi and is one of my favorite places in Hokkaido.
