The governor of Tokyo has decided to turn off the neon lights at Shibuya Crossing at 8pm due to the state of emergency. This video takes you to Shibuya Crossing and show the exact moment when the lights go out. Then we are going underground to explore Shibuya underpass.

Trivia: As you see, I started shooting this video 15 mins before the lights go out at 8PM. I was carefully checking the time as I was shooting the video. But when I came back to Shibuya Crossing, it was already 19:59! The traffic light didn’t turn green and I was so desperate. It was scary that I almost missed it and blew everything!
