Blessings and reminders for the new year.
While there is something beautiful and fresh about new beginnings, I recognize the many overlapping feelings of fear, anxiety, excitement, dread, and hope. In this video I talk about “traveling to new places” against a backdrop of places I have personally been to over the years, but I think in life there are many places that we go that are not necessarily physical. Wherever you go, whatever you do, whoever you choose to become, would you embrace both the change and stability, the beginnings and the endings.
