Akkeshi port town has Japan’s largest colony of wild purple irises and that area is designated as a Natural Park with free entrance. The wind is quite strong as it is by the ocean on top of the high cliffs. Sometimes they have nice horses here too. Had I known about these purple flowers I would have worn a purple 👗 dress to take nice photos.
