Now this is putting a whole new meaning into ‘high tea’. šŸµ Listed in Time Magazine’s ā€˜Top 10 precarious buildings’, the Floating Tea House designed by Terunobu Fujimori, sits atop two chestnut trees in his hometown of Chino, Nagano Prefecture. Named ā€˜Takasugi-an’, translating to ā€˜a tea house (built) too high’ this is certainly one for all the architecture lovers.

Access to the teahouse is usually limited to tour participants (currently suspended due to the pandemic).
