Tokyo, Japan: Tokyo Tower, Price, View & Best time to visit – Tokyo Travel Information
The big eye-catcher in Tokyo is the Tokyo Tower it’s a copy of the Eiffel Tower from Paris. The Tokyo Tower is a perfect place to have a wonderful view around the city. The Tokyo Tower is offering two observation decks, one at 490 feet (the main observatory) and one at 819 feet (the special observatory). The admission for the main observation deck is around 9 euro and for young children 4 euro. A ticket for the top deck will set you back around 22 euro. Keep in mind that it’s cheaper to buy your tickets online. If you visit on a really clear day, you’ll be able to spot Mount Fuji in the distance. The Tokyo Tower also has its own cafe. Perfect to have a tea or coffee with a great Tokyo view.
Tokyo Tower is open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. The best time to visit the Tokyo Tower is at night. That’s because the tower lights up beautifully, and often in multiple colors depending on when you visit.
