Taiyaki is a Japanese traditional popular dessert for long years throughout Japan. It is a classic street vendor specially during street fairs and festival snack in Japan, it is a warm fish shaped cake with red bean filling and now a days there are other type of filling such as custard , cheese, sweet potato paste and many more.
In this video you can see the process teriyaki is being made through a window before ours are made 🙂 and of course you can take out the freshly baked one.
