千葉県 養老渓谷の紅葉絶景 ( 三島湖 ) / Autumn leaves in Yoro Valley ( Chiba, Japan )【日本の紅葉絶景！】[ 4K ]

養老渓谷は、房総半島の中央部に位置する渓谷で、「日本の紅葉百選」に選定されています。粟又の滝（あわまたのたき）は、養老渓谷にある千葉県随一の名瀑です。「粟又の滝自然遊歩道」が整備されており、滝壺付近や川の上流と下流の散策ができます。
粟又の滝は、落差約30ｍ、幅約30ｍ、延長約100ｍで、巨大な岩盤を穏やかになめるように流れています。

養老渓谷は、養老川によって形成された渓谷です。南方の「粟又の滝」から、北方の観音橋・弘文洞跡まで、養老川に沿って名所が広範囲に分布しています。
観音橋は、養老渓谷温泉郷の入口に架けられた橋で、養老渓谷のシンボルとしてよく知られています。橋を渡ると「出世観音 立國寺」があり、源頼朝が捲土重来を期して奉ったものと伝わります。
さらに川沿いの自然遊歩道を歩いていくと、川の合流点に、隧道跡の「弘文洞跡」があります。

三島湖（みしまこ）は、千葉県房総半島の中央部にある人造湖で、小糸川に建設された三島ダムによってできたダム湖です。秋の紅葉した木々と湖面が調和した景色が見事で、周囲には遊歩道も整備され、紅葉狩り散策も楽しめます。

また三島湖はヘラブナの釣り場としても有名で、湖周辺には貸しボートも複数あり、釣り大会も開催され、週末になると関東一円から釣り客が訪れ賑わいます。
周辺地域は森と湖の「清和県民の森」として親しまれ、キャンプやハイキングなどアウトドアも満喫でき、千葉県では有名な紅葉スポットの一つとなっています。

Yoro Valley is located in the central part of the Boso Peninsula, and has been selected as one of the “100 best places to view autumn leaves in Japan. Awamata Falls, located in Yoro Valley, is one of the most famous waterfalls in Chiba Prefecture. The “Awamata Falls Nature Trail” has been established, and visitors can walk around the waterfall basin and upstream and downstream of the river.
Awamata Falls has a drop of about 30 meters, a width of about 30 meters, and a length of about 100 meters, flowing gently down a huge bedrock.

The Yoro Valley is a valley formed by the Yoro River. From the Awamata Waterfall in the south to the Kannon Bridge and Kobundo Ruins in the north, there is a wide range of places of interest along the Yoro River.

Kannon Bridge, built at the entrance of Yoro Valley Hot Spring Resort, is well known as the symbol of Yoro Valley. After crossing the bridge, you will find “Syusse-kannon Rikoku-ji Temple,” which is said to have been dedicated by Minamoto no Yoritomo in the hope that he would regain power.
As you walk along the nature trail along the river, you will find the remains of a tunnel, Kobundo Ruins, at the confluence of the rivers.

Lake Mishima is an artificial lake located in the center of Boso Peninsula, Chiba Prefecture, created by the Mishima Dam on the Koito River. In autumn, the scenery of the lake and the trees in autumn leaves is magnificent, and there is a promenade around the lake where you can enjoy strolling around to view the autumn leaves.

Lake Mishima is also famous as a fishing spot for elasmobranchs. There are several boats for rent around the lake, and fishing tournaments are held, attracting fishermen from all over the Kanto region on weekends.
The surrounding area is known as “Seiwa Kenmin no Mori” (Forest and Lake), where you can enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and hiking, and it is one of the most famous spots for viewing autumn leaves in Chiba Prefecture.
