富士山が見える伊豆半島の紅葉絶景を4ヶ所 ( だるま山高原 / 大瀬崎 / 伊豆長浜城 / 香貫山 ) ご紹介します。
だるま山高原は伊豆半島の北部にある標高約620ｍの高原で、駿河湾越しに富士山を望む「海と山」の贅沢な展望地です。特に秋には「富士山の紅葉絶景」が見られます。
「だるま山高原レストハウス」に展望台が整備されており、富士山と伊豆半島に挟まれた駿河湾が見渡せ、伊豆半島の付け根にある沼津アルプスの山々も望めます。近くにキャンプ場も併設していてアウトドアも満喫できます。

大瀬崎（おせざき）は伊豆半島の北西端から駿河湾内に突き出した半島で、海越しに富士山を望む名勝地として古くから知られています。伊豆半島北部を通る県道沿いにビューポイントがあり、駿河湾に突き出した大瀬崎と共に雄大な富士山が望めます。

伊豆 長浜城は、伊豆半島の付け根に位置する戦国時代の城跡で、内浦湾越しに雄大な富士山がそびえ立つ絶景の城でした。小田原を拠点とした北条氏の水軍基地として機能した海城で、貴重な海賊城として国の「史跡」に指定されています。
実際は、豊臣秀吉の小田原攻めの際に、あっけなく蹴散らされて、豊臣方の水軍に占領された後に廃城となりました。

富士山を展望できる城跡としても知られており、第一曲輪跡からは、内浦湾越しに雄大な富士山が望め、前方には淡島、眼下には係留されたヨット群が並び、富士山と紅葉の素晴らしいパノラマが広がっています。

香貫山（かぬきやま）は、伊豆半島の付け根にある標高193ｍの山で、通称「沼津アルプス」とも呼ばれる山域の最北に位置し、山腹や山頂から富士山を望む絶景の山です。山頂付近にある展望台から眼下に沼津市の市街地が広がり、富士山から駿河湾・伊豆半島までの大パノラマを見渡せます。
山腹の香陵台には五重の戦没者慰霊塔が建立されていて、香貫山から眺める夕陽もオススメです。

Here are four places with spectacular views of autumn leaves in the Izu Peninsula where you can see Mt Fuji.
Daruma-yama Plateau is a 620m high plateau in the northern part of the Izu Peninsula, with a luxurious “sea and mountain” view of Mt Fuji over Suruga Bay. Especially in autumn, you can enjoy the spectacular view of Mt Fuji with autumn leaves.

There is a viewing platform at the Daruma-yama Kogen Rest House where you can look out over Suruga Bay between Mount Fuji and the Izu Peninsula, as well as the Numazu Alps at the base of the Izu Peninsula. There is also a camping ground nearby where you can enjoy the outdoors.

Osezaki is a peninsula jutting out into Suruga Bay from the north-western tip of the Izu Peninsula, and has long been known as a scenic spot from which to view Mt. Fuji over the sea. There is a viewpoint along the prefectural road that runs through the northern part of the Izu Peninsula, where you can see Osezaki jutting out into Suruga Bay and the majestic Mt Fuji.

Izu Nagahama Castle is the remains of a castle from the Warring States period, located at the base of the Izu Peninsula, with a spectacular view of the majestic Mount Fuji rising over Uchiura Bay. It was a naval castle that served as a naval base for the Hojo clan based in Odawara, and as a valuable pirate castle it has been designated as a national “historic site”.
In reality, the castle was abandoned after being kicked to the curb and occupied by the navy of Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s side during his attack on Odawara.

From the ruins of the first circle, you can see the magnificent Mt Fuji over Uchiura Bay, with Awashima Island in front and a group of moored yachts below, offering a wonderful panorama of Mt Fuji and the autumn leaves.

Mt. Kanuki is a 193m high mountain at the base of the Izu Peninsula. It is located at the northernmost point of the mountain range commonly known as the Numazu Alps, and offers a spectacular view of Mt Fuji from the mountainside and summit. From the observatory near the top of the mountain, you can see the city of Numazu spread out below you and enjoy a panoramic view of Mount Fuji, Suruga Bay and the Izu Peninsula.

A five-storey memorial tower for the war dead has been erected at Koryo-dai on the mountainside, and the view of the sunset from Mt Kanuki is also recommended.
