Kumamoto is a vast area in Kyushu offering unique nature escapes, a long and fascinating history, and lots of hot springs thanks to the presence of many volcanoes.

In this video, we take you on a trip to a suspension bridge located up high in the mountains of Kumamoto, to Japan’s largest stone-arch aqueduct bridge, and to the famous ‘Ama No Iwato’ Shrine and rock cave. We also show you a great (and 100% FREE) campsite we found along the way!
