Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park is in Yubetsu Town which is located around the center of Okhotsk Sea coast in the northeast area of Hokkaido. “Kamiyubetsu Tulip Fair” is held every year when the tulips are
in full bloom and bustle with over 100 thousand tourists.
In the vast extent of 7 hectare garden, 1.2 million tulips of about 120 varieties vividly bloom from early May to early June. Brightly-colored flowers and a windmill which stands in the middle of the park remind the scenery of Netherlands, the home of Tulip.
Please enjoy the magnificent nature of Hokkaido and colorful tulips in full bloom under the clear blue sky of Okhotsk.
