HOKKAIDO JAPAN: Vlog #1 [Otaru] ❄️🍦✨

Japan Vlog I went to Yoichi and Otaru in Hokkaido – the Northern most prefecture of Japan. Went to Nikka Whisky Museum where they have the Distillery there and is a famous Hokkaido attraction. Three stations away is Otaru where I shopped at Sakaimachi street – an attraction again, the street is lined with arts and craft shops, some food stalls and also the best ice cream ever. Get the melon flavour! The ice candles and decorations are so beautiful at the Otaru canal – such an experience although very cold!
Rounded the night off with Lawsons fried chicken and also late meal at izakaya. Sorry didn’t vlog that part, was just too tired and it’s a holiday. Speaking of which, it was taken way back in Jan and some snippets here and there – just because I never really thought to put together anything, but eventually I still wanted to share the experience with you guys. So if you’re visiting in the new years period be sure to check online when things are open. If you want pretty ice candles then go during Feb when they have the festival of lights, also check online.
