Sapporo’s largest ski area is Sapporo Kokusai Resort. During the Autumn season, the gondola is open for three weeks, from late September to the middle of October. The ride up to 1100 meters provides a fantastic view of the Sapporo and Shiribeshi area. The Ishikari Bay and the port city of Otaru are both clearly visible when the weather is good. This is a collection of gondola rides to the top of the mountain filmed over the course of three weeks. You are able to watch the changing of the leaves as the video progresses. Enjoy the beautiful Japanese scenery!
