Not everyone has to be a victim in a relationship. Me and my partner have open conversations about the fact we could logically break up due to how we grow as people.”

I fully understand the concept of outsiders being able to see what insiders (me) can’t, but some comments were SO pretentious and just out right wild observations of our entire relationship based on a 50min video. We had a healthy dialog and walked away on a better note than most couples I would say. I’m really proud of that. Michael is not the bad guy, doesn’t have another girl in Korea and does in fact love me. I am not begging for marriage, will always defend him before caring about subscribers and still stand by wanting more commitment before moving my life back to Korea for a man. We’re just two people who grew to understand more about ourselves. I don’t need to be told a million times to leave him.. I left and it wasn’t because I think he doesn’t want/love me. It’s primarily because I expected more commitment to the relationship at the stage we were at, not a ring. He couldn’t offer that because his career is his primary focus right now, and that’s okay.

I put my relationship on my channel and I have the freedom to shut it down when I feel like the comment section is getting out of hand and people start arguing with each other or start over analyzing what our relationship was like off camera.

For those of you who BEEN HERE since the beginning THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the wishes and love you wrote in the comment section. I saw it. This breakup was painful but it was so nice seeing similar stories or encouraging us on what we could’ve done better. Who knows, we may revisit it in the future, but for now ya’ll wont be seeing Mike on my channel anymore. Thank you for coming along with us and all the love!
