Tokyo Shinjuku Station
I took a look at the trains that come and go from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal and the people who stand there and enjoy their holidays.
A beautiful sight spreads out in the valley of the building.
Shinjuku station has a relatively wide road, so even if there are many people, it doesn’t feel as messy as Shibuya.
The average number of passengers a day is about 3.53 million (2017) which is the largest station in the world (Guinness World Records certified), and about 3.77 million including Seibu Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku West Exit Station, which are connected by underpasses. The number of people (2017) is comparable to the population of Yokohama City and Shizuoka Prefecture.
