Matsumoto (松本) is the second largest city in Nagano Prefecture.
It is most famous for Matsumoto Castle(松本城), one of Japan’s most beautiful original castles.

It is located in the center mostly is a capital in the mountain circled by blessed nature, and it’s possible to gaze at Utsukushi-gahara Plateau(美ヶ原) in Japanese roof “North Alps(北アルプス)” .
