Chitral to Gilgit city is 390 km. my travel Chitral to Gilgit road via Shandur. The motorcycle takes 12 hours to reach Gilgit Baltistan. 145 km road from Boni to Phander valley is not paved. It is a bumpy & dirt road but from Phander to Gilgit is in very good condition. The road is along the Chitral, Kunar, Mastuj, and Gilgit Rivers. Beautiful High mountains, Landscapes, snowy peaks, Small Valleys along the River. Motorcycle riders are risky but easy to stop at any point.
