Fushimi in southern Kyoto is known for abundant ground water that has perfect quality for brewing sake. From #sightseeing boat “Jikkoku-bune” that used to transport commodities like rice and sake between Kyoto and Osaka in old times, you can see the historical brewery buildings along the waterway lined with cherry and weeping willow trees.
