This time, I walked around Hirokoji Shopping street in the center of Obihiro City. This shopping street has a long history, and the arcade has been around for about 60 years. However, it was renewed 10 years ago because it was broken by snow. The atmosphere is similar to Sunmall Ichibangai in Otaru. Unfortunately, the number of shops and people is decreasing, but this shopping street will continue to be effectively used as a place for Obihiro citizens to gather.

今回は、帯広市の中心部にある広小路商店街を歩いてみました。この商店街の歴史は古く、アーケードは約60年前からあります。しかし雪で壊れたため10年前に新しくなりました。小樽のサンモール一番街に雰囲気は似ています。残念ながらお店も人も減っていますが、この商店街が帯広市民が集う場所としてこれからも有効活用されることでしょう。
