This is a home visit program to a Shizuoka tea farmer. While talking directly with a tea farmer and tasting freshly brewed tea, you will learn the tea farmer’s life and all about tea production. Immerse yourself in the authentic local life through heart-warming interaction with tea farmers. Currently there are more than twenty tea farmers you can visit, and some of them provide experiences such as tea picking, factory study, and even traditional hand-rolling way of tea processing. Each program takes about 2 hours.
