Throwback to the year of 2017 where we went to Tokyo, Japan for the first time from 20 to 28 Nov. It’s a 9 days trip with 7 full days in Japan. Here’s the slide show of my photos and timelapse taken during the trip.

Detailed itinerary:
00:10 Day 1 – Fly to Japan
Fly by Thai Airway and Transit at BKK. It’s a midnight flight and we reached Tokyo the next morning.
00:36 Day 2 – Asakusa
Went to purchase the Doremon Museum Ticket at Lawson (cannot buy online) after clearing custom and deposit our luggage at the Temporary Baggage Storage Service Center at Tokyo Skytree.
Then after, we went to Asakusa for sightseeing (Kaminarimon 浅草雷門, Sensoji Temple 浅草寺, Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center).
01:03 Day 3 – Disney Sea
Whole day at Disney Sea.
02:16 Day 4 – Yokohama
We travel to Kirin Beer Factory for a tour. There will be free beer tasting after the tour.
We then travel to Yokohama for sightseeing (Red Brick Warehouse, Osanbashi Pier, Yokohama Chinatown).
03:06 Day 5 – Fujigoko (Fuji Five Lakes)
Woke up early to take the bus to Fuji Five Lakes. We used Sightseeing Bus Pass to travel around.
Places: Mt. Kachi Kachi Ropeway, Usagi Shrine, Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center, Oishi Park 大石公園, Momiji Tunnel, Maples Corridor
04:46 Day 6 – Harajuku & Shibuya
Places: Ginkgo Street at Meiji Jingu Gaien Park, Takeshita Dori, Meiji Shrine, Hachiko Memorial Statue, Shibuya Crossing, Spain Slope
05:58 Day 7 – Ghibli Museum & Ginza
Bought our tickets online. No photo taking is allow inside the museum.
After the museum, we went to Ginza area for sightseeing and shopping.
06:59 Day 8 – Fujiko F. Fujio Museum, Shinjuku & Tokyo Skytree
Went to Fujiko F. Fujio Museum (Doremon Museum) and had our lunch at Doremon Cafe.
After that, we went to Observation Decks at Metropolitan Government Building, Shinjuku.
We live near Tokyo Skytree so basically, we go there almost every day but we took some photos on the last day.
08:44 Day 9 – Going Home
Took our flight the next morning and reached Singapore at night.
