This time I walked around the Denshin-Dori shopping street in Obihiro. This street is about a 15-minute walk north of Obihiro Station. Denshin means the electric pole. The name comes from the electric pole being built on this street for the first time in Obihiro City. There is a long-established Japanese sweets shop on this street, and many people visit this shopping street. It is a charming shopping street with some shops that have been renovated from old buildings.

今回は、帯広市の電信通り商店街を歩いてみました。この商店街は帯広駅を北へ約15分歩いたところにあります。帯広市で初めてこの通りに電信柱が建てられたことが、この通りの名前の由来です。この商店街には老舗で人気のまんじゅう屋があり、沢山の人がここを訪れます。古い建物をリノベした新しいお店もあり、とても魅力的な商店街です。
