Dijon mustard may appear as your average condiment, but who would have thought it was protected by law? In this video Camille explains the origins of mustard making, how mustard was revolutionized in Dijon, France in the 1700s, and why Dijon mustard was protected by law… all while making Dijon mustard at home!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. Yellow mustard seeds
3 tbsp. Black mustard seeds
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Ground mustard
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. White pepper
2 tbsp. White wine vinegar
4 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
