Floor structure [edit]
10 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground. The above-ground part is built like a terrace. The rooftop garden is called “Rooftop Garden Parks Garden”, and the rooftop garden of the 1st stage, where the greenery spreads from the 3rd floor to the 9th floor, is planted with about 235 types and about 40,000 plants). In the Parks Garden, there are handprint monuments of people who are closely related to the former Osaka Stadium, including former players who were enrolled in the Nankai Hawks. [10]
On the first floor, there is a joint shopping mall “Namba Carnival Mall” with the adjacent commercial facility “Namba CITY” South Building.
On the 2nd floor (Canyon Street), the home base of the former Osaka Stadium and the commemorative plate of the pitcher plate were about 30m from the actual position to commemorate the birth of many famous games in this place. It is embedded in the northern position.
The event space “Canyon Court” on the 2nd floor uses the 189-inch large-scale vision “Parks Vision” (“LED Astrovision AZ-LE080F series” manufactured by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (currently Panasonic) in March 2007. This is the first outdoor installation in Japan).
The terraced rooftop park “Parks Garden” is located on the 3rd and upper floors. About 70,000 plants are planted in green, and you can enjoy nature in the city center. Regarding the first part of the garden, the “Rooftop Greening Award / Land Transport” was held on October 25, 2005 at the “4th Rooftop / Wall / Special Greening Technology Contest” sponsored by the Urban Greening Technology Development Organization. There is an outdoor event space called “Amphitheater” on the 8th floor, and on the right side and upstairs of the spectators’ seats, there is an entrance to the vegetable garden called “Urban Farm” [12]. In addition, on the elevator that connects the 2nd floor Canyon Court to the 8th floor amphitheater, there was a round silver screen called “Parks Moon”, which showed event information and video art by students of “Namba Creator Factory”, but in 2007 The projection projector was removed at the end of March and is now illuminated at night.
