創業約50年の超老舗は、博多駅からもほど近いオフィスビルに隣接した地域に佇んでいます。
地域の住人や企業にお勤めの方々には定番の名店なのですが、意外にも福岡市民でも他の地域の方は知らない方も多い隠れた名店。
あっさり優しい味わいのスープは出汁の奥深さを感じさせ、不揃いの極太うどんは手打ち感が見た目からも最高です。
ツルツルとした口当たりと、モチモチの食感がやみつきになること間違いなし。

The long-established store, which has been in business for about 50 years, stands in an area adjacent to an office building near Hakata Station.
It’s a classic store for local residents and people working for companies, but surprisingly many Fukuoka citizens don’t know about it, but it’s a hidden store.
The light and gentle taste of the soup makes you feel the depth of the soup stock, and the uneven thick udon noodles have the best handmade feel.
There is no doubt that the smooth texture and chewy texture will be addictive.
