モアイと言えばイースター島。日本からはるか遠い場所にあるわけですが、なぜか日本でもよく知られています。

そのためか日本各地にもモアイを模したものがあります。
有名なのがすでに動画を上げたサンメッセ日南（宮崎）。こちらはイースター島長老会公認だそう。

それ以外にも、ここ滝野霊園にモアイが並びます。本物と同じ規模であり壮観です。youtubeで知り合った方に教えてもらったので行ってみました。なかなか素晴らしいものです。きっとこの霊園を作った人は旅行好きなんだろうと思いながら見てきました。お墓が並ぶエリアと分けており、ここは路線バスも走るなど、一般人も自由に立ち入りできます。（※一部、メンバー専用エリアもあります。また墓参バスはメンバー専用です。）

なお、動画内で説明している新千歳空港ー真駒内間の空港連絡バスは運休中です。（2021年7月）ですから別ルートで向かう必要があります。
霊園内に入る頭大仏行、北海道中央バス「真108」は本数が限られますが、すずらん公園行「真106」は毎時１本程度ありますので、こちらも利用可能です。（正面入り口にバス停があり、霊園内には入らない）

The famous one is Sunmesse Nichinan (Miyazaki), which has already posted a video. This is officially recognized by the Easter Island Presbyterian Association.

Besides that, moai are lined up here at Takino Cemetery. It is the same scale as the real thing and is spectacular. I went there because I was told by someone I met on youtube. It’s pretty nice. I’ve been wondering if the person who created this reien would love traveling. It is separated from the area where the graves are lined up, and ordinary people can enter freely, such as by running a fixed-route bus. (* There is also a member-only area. The grave visit bus is for members only.)

The airport shuttle bus between New Chitose Airport and Makomanai explained in the video is suspended. (July 2021) So you need to take another route.
The number of the Hokkaido Chuo Bus “Shin 108”, which goes into the cemetery, is limited, but there is about one “Shin 106” bound for Suzuran Park every hour, so you can also use it. (There is a bus stop at the front entrance)
