《博多荘》

日本三大歓楽街のひとつ中洲のど真ん中にて75年もの歴史を誇る老舗中の老舗。
太平洋戦争終結の翌年に創業したこちらのお店は、戦後の博多や中洲の歴史の生き証人ともいえる。
今や全国で知らない人はいないご当地グルメの代表格である博多ラーメンですが、ワンタンを乗せたいわゆるワンタン麺の生みの親が博多荘であることを知らずに訪れたことがある方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。
昔ながらのあっさり豚骨スープは、飲んだ後の〆には最高なのは言うまでもありませんが、暑い夏の季節に流し込むように食べられる美味しい一杯です。

《Hakataso》

A long-established store with a history of 75 years in the middle of Nakasu, one of Japan’s three major entertainment districts.
Founded the year after the end of the Pacific War, this shop can be said to be a living witness to the history of Hakata and Nakasu after the war.
Hakata ramen is a representative of local gourmet foods that no one knows about in Japan, but some people may have visited Hakata ramen without knowing that the creator of so-called wonton noodles with wonton noodles is Hakata-so. Hmm.
It goes without saying that the old-fashioned tonkotsu soup is the best after drinking, but it is a delicious cup that you can eat like pouring in the hot summer season.
