In a peaceful sunny day of June 2018, we cycled around Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, through tree-lined streets, under the blazing sunshine in June. Breathe in the fresh air from the sea into the chest, and feel the hot summer winds against the skin.

Umi-no-Nakamichi means “The road in the middle of the sea”, is a sand bank in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka prefecture, Japan. It connects Kyushu Island and Shikanoshima Island.
Uminonakamichi Seaside Park is a large beautiful national park. There is a 12-kilometer cycling course, a variety of seasonal flowers all year round, and other fun outdoor activities.
