広島市にある「広島お好み村」の老舗・人気店である《新ちゃん》で修行した店主が独立創業したお店です。

こちらのお好み焼きは、使用する野菜は九州産、《新ちゃん》がお店で使っている、広島県産の生麺やお好みソース（ミツワソース）、天かす等を取り寄せて、本格“広島お好み焼き”をこの福岡の地で提供されています。
また「とろろ昆布」をたっぷり使うことで具材を調和させ、さらに旨みを倍増させています。

お好み焼き以外にも鉄板焼きメニューも豊富です。
