Journey to Shikoku, Japan. A Travel Documentary of Shahidul Huq.
This is my travel video on Shikoku Island. It is one of the five main islands of Japan.
Shikoku is 225km long and between 50 and 50 km wide. Shikoku is the second smallest main island after Okinawa.
Shikoku has a population of over 3.8 million.
It is situated in the south of Honshu and northeast of Kyushu.
This time I have visited four major areas of the Shikoku Islands: Tokushima, Kagawa Ken, Kochi Ken, and Ehime Ken
I started the journey from Tokyo. Passing through Kyoto, Osaka I arrived at Tokushima, the starting point for Kagawa Ken.
Kagawa ken is a coastal prefecture just south of Shikoku. It is a very nice place for sea travel.
After visiting Kagawa Ken, I went to Kochi ken is my favourite city. It is located on the south coast of Shikoku. It is famous for tram-train food, natural beauty and culture. Hero me ichiba
area of the main city is popular for local delicious cuisine, restaurant and entertainment.
The Ehime Prefecture is my ending place of this tour. It is located on the island of Shikoku in Japan. It is famous for tram-train, and onsen-tour. The famous Dōgo Onsen is situated in Ehime City.
