今回は、千歳市の新川通り商店街を歩いてみました。千歳駅の西側の通りは碁盤の目になっています。この駅から伸びている駅前通りに並行して、ニューサンロード商店街とこの新川通り商店街があります。この商店街は飲食店街が多く、千歳市の歓楽街となっています。所々に古い建物が残っており、懐かしさを感じることができます。
