This video starts from Odaiba, well-known entertainment spot in Tokyo. We are going to get on a ship called Emeraldas which was designed by the author of a Japanese Anime “Galaxy Express 999” and go to Asakusa. When we get there, let’s walk on the backstreets to browse some small shops near Sensoji Temple. Fist half of the video is narrated while we are on the ship. But once we reach Asakusa, let’s walk without narration as usual.

Trivia: Our ship was to depart at noon. We ate lunch at TGI Fridays in Odaiba (The first shot overlooking Odaiba in this video was taken from there.) There is a bridge conveniently connecting the shopping mall where we ate lunch and the ferry terminal so we were just relaxing because we thought 5 mins is good enough to walk over. But we found out in the last minute that the bridge was closed because they were constructing Olympic facilities. I was so scared we almost missed the departure.
