FLIGHT REVIEW:
INTRO | As you guys may know, Thai Airways is one of my favorite airlines simply because its great catering (in-flight meal) and excellent cabin crew service. Thus, I am very happy to share this flight experience with all of you.
CHECK IN | I had chosen my preferred seat online and during check-in, the staff reconfirmed my seat assignment. She was very friendly and informative about my flight. Since I came earlier, the queue for check-in was not crowded.
SEAT | The seat is quite comfortable with adequate legroom. I love the colorful seats on board this aircraft. The personal entertainment screen offers quite a number of movies, musics and TV shows although i hardly used the IFE during this flight.
CABIN CREW | The crew were professional and very friendly. During boarding I was greeted by the cabin crew in Thai traditional greetings. They were very polite and attentive to assist and serve the passengers. During mid flight, i went to the galley to get something to drink when the turbulence suddenly occurred, the cabin crew politely asked me to return to my seat while asking me what i would like to drink and delivered them to my seat.
INFLIGHT MEAL | On this morning flight, breakfast is served. There were 2 choices available. I went for the Thai style prawn noodle which is very filling and satisfying. It was served together with fresh cut fruits, bun, croissant, a cup of orange juice, butter and strawberry preserves. To finish, i asked for a cup of hot coffee when the cabin crew offering coffee and tea after delivering the meal trays.
BOTTOM LINE | On this flight, this set of amazing crew did a great job in delivering the service. The meal quality was good and the variety of drinks are great too. It was indeed a pleasant flight with Thai Airways.
