Tyre punctured in Japan can be confusing if we do not know the process, specially when you’d not have a spare.
But once you know, the process is very simple.
You need to call the insurance company, get the tow truck on the location, get it towed to repair shop and get the repairs done.
You must keep you insurance contact number handy and should be able to explain your name/contact number and location to reach.
