連日多くのお客さんでにぎわうお店は、本格的な 手打ちうどん が絶品です。
もちもち食感の博多の柔らかいうどんよりも程よくコシがある麺と、利尻昆布で丁寧に出汁を取ったスープの調和は見事です。

Ei-chan Udon Main Store

A shop located along a national highway in the suburbs away from the center of Fukuoka prefecture.
At the shop, which is crowded with many customers every day, authentic handmade udon noodles are exquisite.
The harmony between the noodles, which are more chewy than Hakata’s soft udon noodles, and the soup made with Rishiri kelp, is wonderful.
