We went camping for the first time in Japan! It’s something we’ve been wanting to do for a while now but it took a while to sort everything out and get all the gear we need and we finally did it!
We chose a nice, relatively quiet campsite by a lake in Nagano Prefecture, about 2.5 hours away from Tokyo. There wasn’t any cell service there and it actually felt really good to be able to disconnect and enjoy the fresh air – we’re definitely gonna be camping waaay more in the future!
