Cable car ride over Yokohama city? Yes, please!

Hello, Japan Tube! I recently took a day trip to one of my favorite places: Yokohama! Yokohama is Japan’s second largest city, but it’s often overlooked by tourists in favor of better-known places. I think that’s a big mistake – it’s such a fun place to explore and just got even better. Only a few weeks ago, Yokohama got a new cable car over the city called Yokohama Air Cabin! It’s the first cable car in Japan to run over a city and it’s one of few in the whole world.

I’m joined in this video by my friend Wes, who is from Yokohama! Come alone with us as we eat our way through Japan’s biggest Chinatown, enjoy the seaside views at Yamashita park, and take a ride on the new Air Cabin.
